If you could give us an idea of what you are trying to achieve ie ' a single story rear extension' or 'new detached garage' and an idea of size.

Where is the work to take place, ie to the back of the kitchen to form a breakfast area etc.

If you wish to send a sketch or some photo's it would be useful, although not essential.

You don't need to know the correct words for everything, just be a little descriptive...
